The story

TeMo Moselle Nord (operated by Keolis) needed a complete SAEIV deployment — on-board equipment, driver app, real-time info and compliant data exports — all from zero, before the network launch.

We had a clear deadline: the network launch. Pysae was operational on every vehicle before the first day of service. That's what we needed.

Moselle Nord

The context: a new network with a hard launch deadline

The TeMo network was being relaunched with a new brand, new routes and new service commitments. The launch date was fixed. The SAEIV requirement: real-time GPS on every vehicle, driver app, passenger info, and GTFS-RT + SIRI exports.

The challenge: zero to operational SAEIV in weeks

The timeline between contract signature and launch was tight. Deploying full CAD/AVL in that window required a platform that could be configured and made operational without a lengthy project.

  • Hard launch deadline — no phased rollout possible
  • GTFS-RT and SIRI export compliance mandatory for the authority
  • Driver training needed for an entirely new team

The solution: 8-week deployment, fully live SAEIV

Pysae was selected for deployment speed and French regional data-standards compliance. All components live within 8 weeks.

  • Rapid fleet deployment: Pysae Driver configured on the full fleet within weeks
  • GTFS-RT + SIRI certified, integrated into Grand-Est open data
  • Passenger app live at launch: real-time departures from day one
  • Driver training in hours: new drivers operational same-day

Results

  • 8 weeks from zero to full deployment
  • SIRI certified exports
  • 100% of fleet live on day one
