The ITS Directive 2010/40/EU and Regulation (EU) 2017/1926 (MMTIS) require static and dynamic transport data to be published to National Access Points in GTFS, NeTEx and SIRI. National laws are accelerating in parallel — Spain's Ley 9/2025, Italy's MaaS for Italy, France's Loi LOM.
